JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES EXECUTIVE (PREFABRICATED STEEL STRUCTURES)
Location: Quezon City, Metro Manila
Salary: PHP 40,000 + High Commission + Allowances
Industry: Structural Steel / Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)
K&K Innovation Building, based in Vietnam, started its business operations in 2016 and was one of the first company to design and supply the Pre-Engineered Buildings to South East Asia region.

1. JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing deals for large-scale steel structure projects (Warehouses, Factories, Commercial Buildings). You will work closely with our Senior Marketing and Sales Managers to achieve an annual target.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and field visits to industrial zones, Metro Manila.
Technical Sales: Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate quotations and proposals.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with developers, general contractors, architects, and business owners.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close contracts.
Collection: Monitor project milestones and ensure timely collection of payments from clients (Commission is success-based).
Reporting: Submit Weekly Sales Trackers and Pipeline updates via CRM/Google Sheets.
3. QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in Steel Structures, PEB, Construction Materials, or Heavy Equipment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or Marketing/Business (Engineering background is a major plus).
Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English and Tagalog.
Attributes: Target-driven, disciplined, and capable of working independently under remote management.
Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently for site visits.
